Patricia Ann Bytheway

Patricia Ann Bytheway, a resident of Harford County, MD, passed on September 25, 2015 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD.

Born in 1945 in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Howard Edward Scott and Hazel Lucille (Sergeon) Scott. She is survived by her husband, William Henry Bytheway; daughter, Michelle Bytheway Bandy (Mark); and grandchildren, William Bandy and Jeremy Bandy, all of whom lived in Harford County and brought her great joy in her life.

Pat worked full time as an executive administrative assistant for the US Federal Government while striving to achieve her Bachelor's degree at Towson University. She discontinued her career and the pursuit of her degree to care for her father in 1985.

Pat was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and loved the Lord. She gave generously to charities, particularly those that cared for animals. She had a Servant's Heart and often volunteered to help at her church. She loved good food and would not miss a party where she could socialize and dance. Her favorite times were those spent with her family; particularly her grandsons. Pat loved to sit with her husband and watch the hummingbirds from her bay window. She woke each morning with a loving heart to kiss and sing to her two Cockatiels, Billy and Buffy bird. Her hobbies were sewing and make various crafts. Her laugh was deep and hearty such that it made others join in her laughter.
