Pamela Gorsuch Peacher, age 69, of Abingdon, Maryland, passed away on September 27, 2024, at the Senator Bob Hooper House in Forest Hill, Maryland. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Fay (Mugford) Gorsuch and the beloved wife of 48 years to Robert G. Peacher.
Pamela was a dedicated member of New Covenant Presbyterian Church in Abingdon for 24 years, previously attending Valley Presbyterian Church in Lutherville for 17 years. She had a passion for traveling, especially enjoying her "bucket list" trip across the country in an RV with her husband, a journey that lasted eight unforgettable weeks. Pamela worked as a registered nurse at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, retiring in 2019 after 42 years of compassionate service. She was also known for her creativity and love of making personalized cards for loved ones.
Pamela is survived by her devoted husband, Robert; her son, Joshua Robert (Sara H.) Peacher; her daughter, Sarah Elizabeth (Nathan R.) Evans; her cherished grandchildren, Winnie Grace Peacher, Corabeth June Evans, and Charles Joshua Peacher; her sisters, Donna (Tom) O'Brien and Nancy Suddoth; and her brother, Richard (Kim) Gorsuch.
In addition to her parents, Pamela was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Brian Suddoth.
