P. Howard Marshall

August 4, 1921 — January 27, 2015

P. Howard Marshall, 93, of Parkville, MD, passed away on January 27, 2015 at his home. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Percy Howard Marshall Sr. and Florence Jeanette Brown. He served our country in the U.S. Air Force during WWII. He retired from the C& P Telephone Company, was the Director of Human Resources for Harford County and the Director of Human Resources at Harford Memorial Hospital. He was a member of Palestine Lodge 189 AA&FM, Royal Arch Chapter 43 PHP, Boumi Temple AAO NMS and Highland Society of Harford County. He was a 50 year member of the Bel Air Rotary Club and 75+ years with the BSA-Baltimore Area Council. An active resident at Oak Crest Village for 17 years, he enjoyed the Wood Shop and the Model Railroad Club which he helped establish and also belonged to the Protestant Faith Community there for 13 years.

Mr. Marshall is survived by his wife of 72 years, Janet Gray Marshall; daughters, Janet Dodson of Bel Air, and Joyce Golt and husband, Joseph, of Wyomissing, PA; grandson, Marcus Dodson; and great-grandchildren, Alexandra and Trent Dodson. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister.
