Oakie ''O.H.'' Herman Bishop Iii

Oakie "O.H." Herman Bishop III, age 49, of Darlington, MD, passed away on April 23, 2012 at his home. Born in Havre de Grace, MD, he is the son of Oakie Herman Bishop Jr. and Eunice Ellen Dailey Bishop of Forest Hill, MD. A graduate of West Nottingham Academy, he attended Frostburg University and was employed as the Sales Manager for Bekins - Bel Air Moving and Storage. During high school he played all kinds of sports. He swam competitively where he won many awards and also competed in horseback events and played tennis. An avid Ravens fan, he enjoyed riding motorcycles and four wheelers and was a collector of hats, knives, belt buckles and watches.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife of 15 years, Faith Ann Fox Bishop of Darlington, MD; son, Lyle Glen Bishop of North East, MD; daughters, Tara Rae Bishop-Palmer of Chester, VA and Ashley Nicole Bishop of Billings, MT; stepsons, Jason Michael Thompson of Baltimore, MD and Christopher Ryan Thompson of Olympia, WA; stepdaughter, Kristy Renee Fuller of Billings, MT; brothers, Timothy James Bishop of Forest Hill, MD and Barry Keith Bishop of Fallston, MD; sister, Pamela K. Zbikowski of Arnold, MD; five grandchildren; and favorite aunt, Martha Ann of Richmond, VA.
