Norman Andrew Brown

Norman Andrew Brown, 93, found peace on March 17, 2017. Norman was born in Baltimore, MD on November 8, 1923. He was the son of the late Andrew Thomas Brown and Hazel Emma (Nix) Ball and was a resident of Mechanicsville for over 20 years. He was a retired steamfitter, a member of Mt. Ararat Masonic Lodge #44 AF&AM, a 32° Scottish Rite Member and Harford Chapter #83 O.E.S. where he was a Past Patron in Bel Air, MD. He enjoyed being with family, reading, and watching old Westerns.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 71 years, Dolores Engel Brown, in 2016 and his son-in-law, Dan Edmonston. He is survived by his beloved children, Shirley Edmonston of Edgewood, MD, and Darlene and husband Jim Hesoun of Mechanicsville, VA, his grandchildren, V.J. Hesoun, Andrew and Tyler Bien, Jennifer Dempsey and Kimberly Squyars, as well as his great grandchildren, Gabrielle, Landon, Mason, Easton and Lucas.
