Norma C. Schatzschneider

Norma C. Schatzschneider, age 95, of Bel Air, MD, died on September 3, 2011 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in New York, NY, she was the daughter of the late Pietro and Catherine Nicolini Croce and wife of the late Wallace O. Schatzschneider. She had worked at Carr-Lowry Glass Manufacturing and was an avid gardener where she enjoyed working in her flower and vegetable gardens. She was happiest when the vegetables were ready to pick so that she could give them away to her dear neighbors who watched over here when her family was not at home.

Mrs. Schatzschneider is survived by her son, Wallace G. Schatzschneider and wife, Linda, of Bel Air, MD; granddaughter, Debra Asbury and husband, Jeff Asbury, of Bel Air, MD; and great-grandchildren, Emily and Jillian Jachelski of Bel Air, MD. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her grandson, Brian Schatzschneider.
