Norm A. Smith III, age 19, of Bel Air, MD, died on August 29, 2009 at home. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of Sherre Lynn McCarty Fulton of Bel Air, MD and the late Norman Anthony Smith Jr. A 2007 graduate of C. Milton Wright High School, he worked as an electrician in residential and commercial business. He enjoyed basketball, going to the Ravens games, and being with friends and family. He loved cars, music, going to the beach, and enjoyed computer games.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brother, Joshua Lee Burns of Churchville, MD; sisters, Meghan Lynn Fulton and Morghan Taylor Fulton, both of Bel Air, MD; step-father, John Fulton of Bel Air, MD; grandparents, Bill and Mary F. Everett of Aberdeen, MD, William E. and Shelby McCarty of Florida, Elsie L. Burns of Churchville, MD; great-grandparents, Joseph and Lorraine H. Hawkins of Florida; aunts and uncles, Nerissa A. and John Gaume of Abingdon, MD and Sherrie and Dave Comer of Havre de Grace, MD. In addition to his father, he was predeceased by his grandfathers, Norman A. Smith Sr. and Clarence N. Burns.
