Noreen Brideson

NOREEN BRIDESON, age 56, of Bel Air, died at her residence on October 26, 2004. Born in New York, she was the daughter of the late Edward Charles and Mae Adele Tierney Brideson. She had worked as a registered nurse for 24 years at Johns Hopkins Hospital, most recently in the area of neurology. In 1984, she graduated from nursing school and was named in the Who’s Who among Junior Colleges. She was very involved with the Spousal Abuse Resource Center of Harford County and was an avid supporter of equal rights.

Ms. Brideson is survived by four sons, Richard S. Aponte of Forest Hill, Kenneth E. Aponte of Churchville, Jaime McMahon of Bel Air, and Matthew R. McMahon of Bel Air; three brothers, Edward Brideson of Bel Air, William Brideson of Queens, New York, and Charles Brideson of Manassas, Virginia; two sisters, Patricia Brideson of Staten Island, New York and Agnes Siani of Staten Island, New York; two grandchildren, Caitlin Aponte of Churchville and Makenzie Aponte of Churchville.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Spousal Abuse Resource Center (SARC), 18 South Main, Bel Air, Maryland 21014.
