NORA L. COMBS, age 87, of Bel Air, died at Lorien of Bel Air, on June 7, 2005. Born in Aberdeen, she was the daughter of the late Daniel Eugene and Edna Cullum Harman and the wife of the late S. Clifford Combs. Born and raised in Harford County, she was a bus driver for the Board of Education. She was a lifetime member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Aberdeen. She enjoyed basket weaving, bowling, and people.
Mrs. Combs is survived by a daughter, Doris Finney Fielder and her husband, Sam B. Fielder, Jr. of Bel Air; a brother, Charles Harman of Aberdeen; two sisters, Helen Sills, of Bel Air and Irene Cassidy of Bel Air; two grandchildren, Jennifer Finney Shorr and her husband Roger M. Shorr of Fallston and Allyson Finney Rivera and her husband, Jorge G. Rivera, of West Palm Beach, Florida; two great grandchildren, Mark G. Shorr and Danielle L. Shorr, both of Fallston. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a brother, Ridgley Harman and two sisters, Viola Harman and Shirley Benson.
