Nila Marie Johnson

Nila Marie Johnson, age 99, of Edgewood, Maryland passed away on September 4, 2021, at Christiana Health System in Newark, Delaware. Born in Brazil, Indiana, she was the daughter of Ray and Ella Kester and wife of the late John Russell Johnson. A homemaker, she loved to play Bingo, watch football, and enjoyed shopping, especially QVC in her later years. She was an Officer of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Edgewood American Legion and participated in the NCO club on Edgewood Arsenal.

Nila is survived by her daughter, Donna M. Johnson of Aberdeen, Maryland.

In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her son, John Ray Johnson.
