Nicholas Milton Morris

Nicholas Milton Morris, age 67, of Joppa, Maryland passed away on April 29, 2024. Nicholas was the son of Teary (Amey) and the late Nicholas Morris. He worked for Team Service Corp in Baltimore, MD as master machinist for decades and later became the shop manager. One of his biggest accomplishments at work was when he engineered the repair of PPNL hydro electric generators. He was a talented engineer who made and repaired things no one else could do. He was an avid fisherman and hunter, would often fish and hunt in both Maryland and Alaska. He was very family oriented, would often visit his son in Alaska and would always show up for his family. He could always find a solution to a problem.     

Nicholas is survived by his son, Nicholas Richard Morris; grandchildren, Aaron Lapp, and Ayoka Lapp; great-granddaughters, Harmony Lapp and Laurajean "LJ" Lapp; brothers, Chris Morris, Richard Morris, Anthony Morris and Jim Morris and uncle, Richard Amey.

In addition to his father, Nicholas was preceded in death by his son, Joel Eugene Morris.
