Nelson Jerold Testerman

Nelson Jerold Testerman, 78, of Bel Air, Maryland, passed away peacefully on March 17, 2025. Born in Whiteford, Maryland, he was the son of the late Peter and Birdie (Sexton) Testerman.

Jerold was the beloved husband of 52 years to Linda Lee Testerman. Together, they shared a life full of love, laughter, and cherished memories. He was a devoted father and grandfather, finding immense joy in spending time with his grandkids.

A man of many talents, Jerold was passionate about woodworking and could fix just about anything inside or outside the house. He also loved watching sports and his grandchildren’s performances. Jerold had a keen interest in attending flea markets and antique shops with Linda.

Jerold’s kindness, hardworking nature, and ability to always lend a helping hand will be missed by all who knew him. His family and friends will remember him for his love, generosity, and the countless ways he brightened their lives.

In addition to his wife, Jerold is survived by his sons: Douglas and Daniel Testerman; grandchildren: Samantha, Blake, Laura, and Audrey Testerman; brothers: Roy, Pete, and James Testerman; sisters: Christine Lawrence, Marie Bischof, Thelma Lowe, Louise Wakeman, Mable Grover, Darlene Amos, and Linda Crumm.

In honor of Jerold, the family requests no ties be worn to the service.
