Neil Simon Shipton

Neil Simon Shipton, 51, of Bel Air, MD passed away on September 10, 2015 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Long Island, NY, he is the son of Derek and Sigrid Shipton.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Doreen Spiegel Shipton; loving children, Matthew Schramm and Sarah Wittman; siblings, Mark Ryan, Karen Ryan, Lorraine Marietta and Michele Ryan; and granddaughter, Hannah Beth. He was predeceased by his brother, Scott Shipton.

A gathering of family and friends will begin at 6 p.m. on Saturday, September 19, 2015 at Way of Life Community Church, 135 Industry Lane, Forest Hill, MD 21050.
