Nannie Lucille Russell

After a long illness, N. Lucille Russell, 88, of Joppa, Maryland passed away on September 3, 2017 at her home. Born in Konnarock, Virginia, she was the daughter of Chester Lee and Nellie Rosetta (Blevins) Walls and was the wife of the late Arthur Corman Russell. She worked and retired as a seamstress at Bata Shoe Company. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister.

Mrs. Russell is survived by daughter, Lillian M. Russell and husband, Kent Baldwin, of Landenberg, PA; sons, Lee T. Russell and wife, Barbara, of Easley, SC and Curtis D. Russell of Joppa; two brothers, Ralph Lincoln Walls of Oxford, PA and Russell Dean Walls of Damascus, VA; sister, Ora Mae Wilson of Mountain City, TN; grandchildren, Lee Russell, Jr., Jason Russell, Dominic Russell, Macy Russell and Heather Russell; and two great grandsons, Jason Russell Jr. and Preston Russell.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, James Ernest Walls, Robert Louis Walls, Elmer Lee Walls, Cecil Joe Walls and Norman Walls; and sisters, Mary Magdalene Testerman and Mary Lois Walls.

A private graveside service will be held.
