Nancy Patterson Pisano

Nancy Patterson Pisano, age 54, of Bel Air, MD, passed away peacefully on October 11, 2014 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center. Born and raised in Allentown, PA, she is the daughter of the late Raymond Patterson and Madeline Heintzelman Patterson. She graduated from Bucknell University, class of 1982, with a double major in English and chemistry and worked in the chemical industry for 10 years. After marrying Richard Pisano Jr., in 1986, she moved to Long Island, NY. With their two children, they lived in Lloyd Harbor until earlier this year. Nancy volunteered for a number of organizations including the East Woods School, Friends Academy, Bucknell University, the Cold Spring Harbor Whaling Museum, and the North Shore Holiday House, a camp for underprivileged girls, where she served on the board for over 20 years.

Nancy is survived by her husband of 28 years, Richard Charles Pisano Jr., her daughter, Elizabeth Kathryn Pisano, her son, Richard Charles Pisano III, her sister, Kathy Yohn and her brother-in-law, Bernie Yohn.
