Nancy M. Lundy, age 74, of Airville, PA, passed away on June 17, 2012 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Independence, VA, she was the daughter of the late Charles Theodore Roosevelt and Blanche Ann Johnson Billings. She was an avid reader and crocheter. She loved her jewelry, shoes and shopping. Nancy was an accomplished cook and baker, especially known for her "Turtle Cheesecake" which was her husband's favorite. Christmas was a very special time of the year where she spent days decorating and baking with the family.
Mrs. Lundy is survived by her husband, John Goble Lundy of Airville, PA; son, Larry Arnold and wife, Connie, of Aberdeen, MD; daughters, Gerri Goodman and husband, Michael, of Peoria, AZ, Terri Magness of Bel Air, MD and Perri Ludwig of Bentonville, AR; brothers, Theodore Billings of McGrady, NC, Ray Billings of Forest Hill, MD, Ben Billings of Darlington, MD and Wayne Billings of Colora, MD; sisters, Mae Carter of Gastonia, NC, Nae Welch of Baltimore, MD, Pat Laing of Terra Alta, WV, Bettye Courtain and Hope Duchesneau both of Yuma, AZ; grandchildren, Melissa Vallon, Adam Goble Magness, Steven, Jamison and Dylan; and great-grandchildren, Stella Vallon, Skylar, Hayden, and Kai. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Little Bill Billings and sister, Mary Billings.
