Nancy Gentry Bosserman, age 83, of Bel Air, MD passed away on August 12, 2017 at her home. Born in Independence, VA, she was the daughter of Bayse Osborne Cox and Ruby Jane (Haga) Rose. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church since 1974 where she served as a Sunday School Teacher and Director, and was a chairperson for both the Nominating Committee and Flower Committee. She loved her church and her God. She was a former owner and operator of Pleasant Boutique for 35 years where she continued to work for the present owner 3 days a week. In her younger years, she worked for the FBI under J. Edgar Hoover. She enjoyed watching the Orioles and NASCAR.
Mrs. Bosserman is survived by her husband, Don Bosserman; stepchildren, Don Bosserman of Glen Bernie, Darren Bosserman of Perry Hall, Mark Bosserman of Dundalk and Denise Peterson of Bel Air; brother, Larry B. Cox of Rhome, TX; sister, Bonnie Nell Cox of Ady; 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews David, Dean, Kim, Kelly, Darrin, Terie, Teddy, Philip and Melissa.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Clyde P. Gentry, Jr., her brother, Howard C. Cox, and her step father, Walker Rose.
