Nancy Ellen Hyde

Nancy Ellen Hyde, age 84, of Abingdon, MD, passed away on January 31, 2013 at Stella Maris Hospice in Timonium, MD. Born in Johnstown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Forest Harold and Mary Catherine Eckstein Byroade and wife of the late Carl Marcomin and Leo Hyde. She had worked for Hess Shoes where she was the assistant to the Men's Buyer. She enjoyed the casinos and playing the slots, loved to play bingo and cards, especially Pinochle. She truly loved her grandchildren and great-granddaughter.

Mrs. Hyde is survived by her son, David Carl Marcomin of North East; daughters, Cathy Louise Marcomin of Belcamp and Pamela Ann Karwowski of Abingdon; grandchildren, Lauren Margaret Stewart, Megan Elizabeth Stewart and Allison Taylor Stewart; and great-granddaughter, Emma Ellen Scheck. In addition to her parents and husbands, she was predeceased by her siblings, Forest Dean Byroade, Dennis Lee Byroade, Elaine Maxwell, Margaret Rose Andrews, Joann Mai; and grandson Christopher Allen Marcomin.
