Nancy E. Powell

NANCY E. POWELL, age 59, of Edgewood, died in Upper Chesapeake Medical Center on August 26, 2005. Born in Chicago, Illinois, she was the daughter of the late Paul Allison and Eula Belle Moore Bartlebaugh. She worked as an auto theft investigator for the Farmers Insurance Company in Hunt Valley. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Abingdon. She was an avid reader and traveler.

Mrs. Powell is survived by her husband of 30 years, John “Bill” W. Powell; five children, Richard L. Mabe of Boca Raton, Florida, Tammy E. Daugherty of Austell, Georgia, John W. Powell of Bel Air, Mark A. Powell of Abingdon, and Michele L. Campbell of Edgewood; one sister, Linda Butterfield of Hollywood, Florida; and five grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be John Campbell, Justin Campbell, Mark Powell, Glen Powell, Mark Butterfield, and Joe Morris.
