N. “REDS” LONNIE DISHON, SR., age 64, of Edgewood, MD, died in University of Maryland Medical Center, Baltimore, MD on November 12, 2004. Born in Matoaka, West Virginia, he was the son of the late Harley French and Cordie Ennis Walker Dishon. He worked as a truck driver.
A resident of Harford County for 12 years, he crocheted blankets for his grandchildren and enjoyed working on cars. He served his country in the U.S. Marines from 1958-60.
Mr. Dishon is survived by his wife of 45 years, Patricia M. Quinn Dishon; three sons, Norris L. Dishon, Jr. of Jarrettsville, MD; Roy D. Dishon of Lexington, North Carolina; Kenneth D. Dishon of Kelseyville, California; four daughters, Kathleen L. Smith of Glen Burnie, MD; Ronny Jean Dishon of Baltimore City, MD; Judy R. Beesman of Winston Salem, North Carolina; Christy M. Dishon of Edgewood, MD; two brothers, Harley C. Dishon of Essex, MD; Roger K. Dishon of Randalstown, MD; four sisters, Rita D. Gotzi of California; Ellen Maxine Pritchard of Georgia; Ennis Louise Woods of Dundalk, MD; Sherry K. Fillman of West Chester, Pennsylvania; 13 grandchildren, April B. Dishon of Edgewood, MD; Mark A. Dishon of Edgewood, MD; Elizabeth N. Smith of Dundalk, MD; Ronnie J. Dishon of Edgemere, MD; Brittney A. Dishon of Lexington, North Carolina; Jessyca D. Dishon of Glen Burnie, MD; Jazmine R. Charles of Winston Salem, North Carolina; Bianca M. Dishon of York, Pennsylvania; Kenny D. Dishon, Jr. of Kelseyville, California; Kelsey M.
