MILDRED IDA TAYLOR, age 80, of Bel Air, died in Upper Chesapeake Medical Center on March 10, 2004. Born in Finksburg, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Archie Leo and Florence Gertrude Yakel Taylor. She had retired after 46 years of service as a billing clerk at Locke Insulator. She was a member of Bel Air United Methodist Church and a long time member of St. Pauls United Methodist Church in Baltimore. She was also a member of the Box Hill Craft Club.
Miss Taylor is survived by one sister, Thelma T. Peacher of Bel Air, nieces, Nancy A. Potis of Timonium; Janet Dorer and her husband, Douglas of Bel Air; nephew, Robert G. Peacher and his wife, Pamela G. of Abingdon; grand nieces, Caitlin J. Dorer of Bel Air; Sarah E. Peacher of Abingdon; Taylor M. Potis of Timonium; Holly C. Potis of Timonium; Hannah P. Potis of Timonium; and a grand nephew, Joshua R. Peacher of Abingdon. She is also survived by several dear godchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her niece’s husband, Michael Potis and a grand nephew, Benjamin D. Dorer.
