Mildred Catherine Bertholdt

 Mildred Catherine Bertholdt, age 97, of Edgewood, Maryland passed away on November 21, 2021 at Sterling Care Riverside in Belcamp, Maryland. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of William and Dorothy (Sprole) Beer and beloved wife of over 35 years to the late George M. Bertholdt Sr. She was a homemaker, mom, foster mom, grandmom and great-grandmom. She worked for Harford County Public Schools as a bus driver aide up until the age of 89 when she retired. She loved to travel with her sisters. She was a long-time member of the Crescent Yacht Club.

Mildred is survived by her son, George M. Bertholdt Jr. and his wife Cindy; grandsons, Jason Bertholdt and Gregory Bertholdt; great grandchildren, Katelyn Bertholdt, Gavin Bertholdt and Emily Bertholdt; and sister, Catherine Cooper.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brothers, William "Bill" Beer, Elsworth “El” Beer, Herman Beer and Robert "Bob" Beer and sister, Dorothy Basil.
