Mike Gable

MIKE GABLE, age 49, of Abingdon, died at Stella Maris Hospice in Timonium on October 23, 2004. Born in Baltimore, he was the son of Dorothy Brent McLain Gable of Abingdon and the late Edward David Gable. After serving for 30 years, he had retired in May 2004 from Aberdeen Proving Ground, Edgewood Area. He currently worked at BJ’s Warehouse in Abingdon. He served his country in the U.S. Army.

Mr. Gable is survived by one son, Scott Gable of Port Deposit; two daughters, Jessica Gable of Port Deposit; Laura Gable of Port Deposit; five brothers, John Gable of Forest Hill; Larry Gable of Abingdon; David Gable of Owings Mills; Steve Gable of Bel Air; Lou Gable of Joppa; two sisters, Donna Ruff of Forest Hill; Lois Bucher of Westminster; and a host of nieces and nephews. He is also survived by best buddies, Barbara Gable and Steve Reimer.

Pallbearers will be: Steve Reimer, John Gable, Larry Gable, David Gable, Steve Gable, and Lou Gable.
