Michelle M. Palumbo

Michelle M. Palumbo, age 65, of Street, Maryland passed away on June 28, 2023 at Gilchrist in Towson, Maryland. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of Frederick D Cupp Sr. and Teresa Catherine (Fuchsluger) Cupp.  She worked as a fraud investigator for Baltimore Gas & Electric Company.  She was a faithful employee for 47 years. Michelle was loved by many and known as Shell, Mom, Nana, and Squirelly.

Michelle is survived by her daughters, Kathryn Holloway and her husband Kevin, and Sarah Sawdargs; granddaughter, Ava Blaker; sister Darcele Harper and her husband Larry; brother, Fred Cupp, Jr. and his wife Tammy; and several nieces and nephews. While not biological, Michelle is also survived by many children and grandchildren she called her own.
