Maxine Lorraine Vogt, age 102, of Forest Hill, MD, died on December 21, 2016 at Forest Hill Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Kasson, Minnesota to Dr. Clyde C. and Marentine Marie (Heck) Grant. She had worked as a medical secretary for many years at Millard Fillmore Hospital in Buffalo, NY and was a Worthy Matron of the Eastern Star. She moved to Bel Air, Maryland in 1990 where she was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Bel Air.
She is survived by her daughters, Barbara J. Jackson (the late William M. Jackson) of Willow Street, PA (Formerly of Bel Air, Maryland) and Joan L. Parlette of Estes Park, Colorado. She was the Grandmother of Debbie (Jim) Doherty, Karen (Don) Irby, Susan (David) Gibbons, William (Karen) Jackson, Judith Jackson, Greg Jackson, the late Kurt Settlemyer, and Linda Costoff. Great-Grandmother of 13 Great Grandchildren, Megan, James, Kristin, Allison, Jannelle, Isaiah, Elise, Sophia, Lindsey, Katelyn, Rianndra, Mason, and Wyatt.
In lieu of flowers, a contribution can be made to First Presbyterian Church of Bel Air, 224 North Main Street in Bel Air, Maryland 21014.
