Max Albert White Jr.

Max Albert White Jr., age 81, of Edgewood, MD passed away on August 19, 2018 at his home. Born in Indianapolis, IN, he was the son of the late Max Albert White Sr. and Hazel (Strubbe) White Muir. He graduated Greenfield H.S. in Greenfield, IN in 1955. In 1960, he married Marilyn Sluss. After graduating from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology with a degree in Electrical Engineering in 1961, he worked a series of jobs in electrical engineering including Glenn L. Martin, Bendix, and Robert Shaw. He retired in 1995. He enjoyed a host of hobbies including model airplanes, trains, and riding go-carts. Additionally, he received his pilot license and learned to play bagpipes as well as how to ski.

Survivors include his wife; Marilyn L. White (nee Sluss); son, Matthew A. White (partner, Shelly Felton); and brother, Rex G. White.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Max "Chip" A. White, III; and sister, Marcia K. Manche.
