Mary Torre Reynolds

Mary Torre (Bradford) Reynolds, age 95, of Joppatowne, MD died peacefully on June 16, 2017. The daughter of Joseph and Angela Torre, Mary was born in Baltimore, on March 13, 1922 and was one of 8 children. She was employed at the Aberdeen Proving Ground and retired in 1976 after 20 years. It was during this time that she met John D. Reynolds and they were married on December 28, 1968. Mr. Reynolds died in 2008.

Mary was a longtime member of the Salem United Methodist Church and was very active in several community organizations, including the Edgewood Lions Club, Joppatowne AARP, Joppatowne Women's Club, Red Hat Bumblebees of Joppatowne, the Belair Road Chapter of the Sons of Italy, Joppatowne Garden Club, and the Joppatowne Gourmet Club.

Mrs. Reynolds is survived by son, Lloyd L. Bradford III (Karen), daughter Barbara A. Bradford of Virginia, grandchildren Amber Robinson (Andrew) and Bryan Bradford (Shannon), and 5 great grandchildren.
She is also survived by sisters Madeline Montalbano of Clear Water, FL, Ellen Dean of Dundalk, Dollie Harker of Denver, CO and Jean Osborne of Palm Coast, FL, as well as numerous nieces and nephews and their families.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, brothers Joseph and Charles, and sister Lena Marcuson.
