Mary "Terri" Martinelli

Mary Theresa "Terri” Martinelli, age 68, of Havre de Grace, MD passed away on August 23, 2023 at her home. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of Joseph and Joan (Jardinski) Norman. She was a 1973 graduate of Bel Air High School and retired in 2013 as the Division Director in the Office of Electronic Service and Technology from the Social Security Administration after 40 years of service.  She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church and   a regular volunteer supporting the Special Olympics of Maryland 

Terri enjoyed sewing, quilting, traveling and the company of family and friends. She became an accomplished, self-taught seamstress and quilter; a passion she inherited from her mother. Together with her husband, Terri travelled extensively both domestically and abroad. 

Mary is survived by her husband of 34 years, Leo Martinelli; brothers, Mickey Joseph Norman (Tricia), Richard Edward Norman (Barbara), James Matthew Norman (partner, Charlotte Frederick) and Jerome Patrick Norman (partner, Barbara Preston); sisters, Donna Marie Meyers and Catherine Ann Norman; brothers-in-law, Stephen Patrick Martinelli (Terry) and Jeffrey G. Skinner; sisters-in-law, Mary Theresa Ailion (Jack) and Anne Elizabeth Dillon (Douglas); and extended family, many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Ann Norman Skinner, and in-laws, Patrick Andrew Martinelli and Frances Jean Martinelli.
