Mary Susan Ware, age 96, of Bel Air, MD passed away on February 22, 2016 at Forest Hill Health and Rehabilitation in Forest Hill, MD. Born in Moorefield, WV, she was the daughter of the late Philip Henry Vetter and Bell Pauline (Day) Vetter and wife of the late Richard Burton Ware. She attended Trinity United Methodist Church in Martinsburg, WV and enjoyed line dancing at Berkley Senior Service until she moved to Bel Air, MD in 2008. She enjoyed china painting and later, oil painting, and was really good at it. She did a lot of crafts and needlework, did word search puzzles every day and was a fantastic cook. She was a member of the Red Hat Society, and really loved going out to lunch, traveling and going for her weekly hair appointment. She loved to watch baseball and enjoyed spending time with her two local great-grandchildren, Joshua and Justin.
Mrs. Ware is survived by her son, Richard Ware and his wife, Linda, of Acworth, GA; son-in-law, Gintaras Sakalauskas of Bel Air; grandchildren, Kelly Bock and her husband, Craig, of Bel Air, Richard Michael Ware and Christie Anderson both of Utah; eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband she was predeceased by her daughter, Judith Ware; and six siblings.
