MARY LOU LYCLITER, age 63, of Edgewood, died in Upper Chesapeake Medical Center on September 24, 2003. Born in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Howard W. and Matilda F. Casey Watts. She worked for 30 years as a full charge bookkeeper at Joseph Mullan and Company, Rosedale. A resident of Harford County for 28 years, she was a member of the Towne Baptist Church, Joppa and a member of the choir for 15 years. She was a member of the Eastern Star, a guardian of Job's Daughters, and served as treasurer and president of the Second Watergate North Association. She loved to read and do crossword puzzles. She loved her family, including her children and her grandchildren.
Mrs. Lycliter is survived by her husband of 29 years, Robert Dale Lycliter; four sons, Brian Lycliter of Glen Rock, Pennsylvania; James Lycliter of Edgewood; Jeffrey Lycliter of Edgewood; Timothy Lycliter of Edgewood; one daughter, Michelle Johnson of Del Rio, Texas; one sister, Norma Lee Gough of Baltimore; and eight grandchildren.
