Mary "Jill" Florence Foulke

Mary "Jill" Florence Foulke, 76, of Edgewood, MD, passed away on June 3, 2015 at her home. Born in Harlan, KY, she was the daughter of the late Warren Barton Thacker and Margaret Zephra Ditty Thacker. She was a retired Human Resources Director, a graduate of the Citizens on Patrol Academy and a Board Member of the Woodbridge II Condominium Association. She loved gardening, flowers, people, children and enjoyed water aerobics at the YMCA where she attended the Cardiac Rehab Program. Her family will miss her angelic smile and she will be missed by her loving and caring neighbors, and all of her coworkers.

Ms. Foulke is survived by her son, Doug (Dawn) Foulke of Joppa; daughter, Debbie (Tom) Garton of Wausau, WI; brothers, Colin Kelly Thacker of Gurnee, IL and Harlan Henley Thacker of Worcester, MA; sister, Robin Lucille Emery of Mechanicsville; grandchildren, Savannah, Mikaella, Corey, William, Dennis, Jacalyn, and Greg; and four great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sons, Brian Keith Foulke and Eric "Ricky" Henry Foulke, her brother, Wayne "Jack" Paul Thacker, and her grandson, Jesse Flanagan.
