Mary Frances Adkins

Mary Frances Adkins, age 78, of Bel Air, MD passed away on April 7, 2018 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air. Born in Green County, KY, she was the daughter of George Robert and Linda Jane (Morgan) Milby and was the wife of the late Jack Lewis Adkins Sr. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Bel Air for 40 years. She worked for Harford County Public Schools in the cafeteria at Bakerfield Elementary, Aberdeen High School, and Roye-Williams Elementary School. She enjoyed quilting, reading and spoiling her grandchildren.

Mrs. Adkins is survived by daughter, Pauletta D. Adkins of Bel Air; son, Jack L. Adkins, Jr. (Barbara) of York, PA; grandchildren, Cymantha L. Adkins of Bel Air, Justin M. Adkins and Emily M. Adkins both of York, and Joseph T. Sinclair of North East; and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by siblings, Susie Ann McKinney, Robert W. Milby, Hobert Milby, Leon Milby and Allie Lela Bradshaw.
