Mary Elizabeth Caughill

Mary Elizabeth Caughill of Bel Air, MD, died on March 23, 2011 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Tamaqua, PA, she was the daughter of late John F. and Elizabeth Horan Matthews. A homemaker, she enjoyed cooking, loved to play cards and belonged to various women's clubs.

Mrs. Caughill is survived by her husband of 50 years, Norman J. Caughill of Bel Air, MD; daughters, Cindy L. Jones and husband, Steve M. of Forest Hill, MD, Kathleen Delacruz and husband, Charlie M. of Fairfax, VA and Pamela Brennan and husband, Scott of Hampstead, MD; and grandchildren, Matthew C. and Alison L. Jones of Forest Hill, MD, Madeleine P., Virginia L., Alexander C. and Jack C. Delacruz all of Fairfax, VA and Sherry Fones of Abingdon, MD. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by four siblings.
