Mary D. Barker

Mary D. Barker, age 78, of Havre de Grace, MD, formally of Bland County, VA, died on February 16, 2011 at Harford Memorial Hospital in Havre de Grace, MD. Born in Crandon, VA, she was the daughter of the late Carl Robert and Edna May Coffey Farlow. She loved the town of Havre de Grace, cooking, and gardening. She worked in the medical field as a Hospitality Aide and loved visiting people, cheering them up and making them laugh. She was a loving mother, sister, and grandmother.

Ms. Barker is survived by her son, Frederick Farlow of Edgewood, MD; brothers, Jerry and Charles Farlow of VA; sisters, Audra Gusler, Linda Boksa, and Edith Ramsey, all of VA; and grandchildren, Jessica and Cassie Farlow, of Edgewood, MD. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers, Herber, Hensil, Joseph, and Randy Farlow.
