Mary Alda Lambdin

February 17, 1921 — December 29, 2012

Mary Alda Lambdin (nee Gardiner), age 91, of Baltimore, MD passed away on December 29, 2012 at Oak Crest Village in Parkville, MD. Born in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late George and Mary Ann Manakee Gardiner, and the wife of the late William Lomax Lambdin, Jr.

Mrs. Lambdin is survived by her daughters, Ann M. Drummey and husband, George E. Drummey, III and Dale L. Dixon and husband, Rob L. Dixon, all of Bel Air, MD; grandchildren, Lauren Gander, Scott Dixon and Matthew Dixon; and great-grandson, Ryan Gander. In addition to her parents and husband, she was also predeceased by her granddaughter, Jennifer Drummey.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Gilchrist Center for Hospice Care, 11311 McCormick Road, Suite 350, Hunt Valley, MD 21031.

A joint Memorial Mass for both William (who passed away in April of 2012) and Mary Alda will be celebrated on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at 11 a.m. at St. Ignatius Church, Forest Hill, MD. Family will receive friends in the church from 10-11 a.m. prior to the Mass.
