Mary A. Morrison

Mary A. Morrison, age 84, of Abingdon, Maryland passed away peacefully in her sleep surrounded by her family on September 30, 2020 (also her deceased husbands Birthday) at home. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of Stuart and Elizabeth Miles Richmond and wife of the late Russell Lee Morrison Sr.

She was more than happy to be the central figure in the lives of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Anyone who knew Mary knew that she was a star in their eyes, and that’s all that ever mattered to her.

Mary is survived by her three daughters, Victoria Lee Morrison-Belcastro of Rising Sun, Kelly (Husband Eric) Blecke of North East, and Michele Grigora of Abingdon; son, Russell (Wife Carol) Morrison Jr. of Hanover, PA.; eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren , and son-in-law, Joe Pressell.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by daughters, Susan Pressell and Dawn Morrison; sisters, Jean Fitzpatrick, Betty Rigdon, and Ann Chilcoat.
