Marvin Dwight Umbarger Jr.

Marvin Dwight Umbarger Jr., age 85, of Indianapolis, IN, passed away on December 2, 2012 at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis. Born in Bel Air, MD, he was the son of the late Marvin Dwight Umbarger Sr. and Margaret Cassandra Cronin Umbarger. A veteran of the U.S. Army he worked as an accountant for the Department of Defense.

Mr. Umbarger is survived by his wife of 58 years, Maria Umbarger; daughters, Janette and Helga Umbarger both of IN; sister, Emily Umbarger Andrews of Bel Air; nieces, Karyn Urrea and Doris Lim Umbarger both of CA; and several cousins, great-nieces and great-nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Harold Newton Umbarger.
