MARILYN SCHORAH PARK, age 56, of Churchville, died in Lorien Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Belcamp on April 18, 2003. Born in Havre de Grace, she was the daughter of Thomas Herbert, Sr. and Audrey Roberts Schorah of Havre de Grace. She had battled breast cancer for 2 1/2 years. She was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church since 1989. She was devoted to her church serving in several capacities including the mission's secretary since 1989 and Pastor Shuman's private assistant.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Park is survived by her husband, John Bryan Park; one step-son, William Park of Bel Air; one step-daughter, Karen Park of Charlotte, North Carolina; four brothers, Thomas Schorah, Jr. of Texas; John Schorah of Havre de Grace; James Schorah of Havre de Grace, Mark Schorah of Havre de Grace; two sisters, Nancy Schorah of Havre de Grace; Dorothy Schorah Hartman of Bel Air; one half-sister, Betty Konkowski of Texax, two step-grandchildren, Kate Lipford; and Andrew Lipford, both of Charlotte, North Carolina. She was predeceased by one half-sister, Charlotte Weatherman.
