Marie R. Henley, 87, of Joppa, MD passed away on December 8, 2015 at Hart Heritage in Street, MD. Born in Manakin-Sabot, VA, she was the daughter of the late Joseph C. Ruhl and Christine (Henley) Ruhl and wife of the late Forrest Lee Henley Sr. She had worked for Hutzler's Department Store in Towson from 1967 until their closing. She was a former member of Chamberlain Baptist Church and enjoyed taking senior trips with the Golden Agers. She loved her dogs, going shopping and being around people. She always had a smile for everyone!

Mrs. Henley is survived by her daughter, Fay Crilley of Joppa; nieces and nephew, Joyce H. and Doug A. Baughan and Joan C. Wade all of Richmond, VA; and many grand nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her son, Forrest Lee Henley Jr.
