Marie G. Wyre

Marie G. Wyre of Darlington, MD passed away February 13 in her home. She was 86 years old.
She was born December 14, 1924 in Stewartstown, PA.

Mrs. Wyre was the co-founder of Wyre Income Tax Company in Darlington. She was known as the strong, leading force of her family. She was humble, giving, and loved by everyone she met. She was also a wonderful mother, grandmother, and friend.

Mrs. Wyre is predeceased by her husband, Harry S. Wyre Sr. of Aberdeen, MD and daughter Gloria J. Brunet of Street, MD. She is survived by her children, Richard C. and wife Cheryl D. Wyre of Darlington, MD, Donna L. Wyre of Aberdeen, MD, Harry S. Wyre Jr. and wife, Gerry, of Denton, MD and Frances A. Wyre of Bel Air, MD; also many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and long term friends; as well as her best companion, Tizzie the Tax Dog.

She was interred in a private ceremony at Bel Air Memorial Gardens at her husband's side.
