Marian Rose Krause

Marian Rose Krause, age 58, of Abingdon, MD passed away on August 13, 2013 at her home. Born on October, 22, 1954 in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late John Newton and Grace Dorothy Bolton Krause. She attended Ancilla Domini Academy in the Germantown section of Philadelphia. She graduated from Cardinal Dougherty High School in 1972 and in 1975 from La Salle University's nursing program. She worked as a neonatal intensive care nurse in Metropolitan Hospital in Philadelphia until 1988 when she moved to Abingdon, Maryland where she resumed her career as a neonatal IC nurse at Johns Hopkins Bayview campus.

She was very close to her family and friends. She enjoyed cooking, reading, and watching QVC; but her real love were her cats. Ollie and Fibber will sorely miss her.

Ms. Krause is survived by her brothers, John N. Krause of Street, MD and Jon Michael Krause of CA; sisters, Grace Dorothy Purcell of PA, Mary Monica McAdo of DE and Virginia Ann Kenny of NJ.
