Marguerite Plumer, age 78, of Bel Air, MD passed away on October 3, 2017 at the Senator Bob Hooper House in Forest Hill, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of Joseph Matthew and Mildred Gertrude (Holtman) Fangmann. A homemaker, she collected dolls, crocheted blankets, enjoyed gardening and loved to bake. She was a member of St. Ignatius Catholic Church.

Mrs. Plumer is survived by her husband of 56 years, Howard W. Plumer; three sons, Kenneth H. Plummer and wife, Sandra, of Darlington, Ronald W. Plummer and wife, Diane, of Airville, PA and Joseph H. Plummer of Bel Air; brother, Lawrence Fangmann of Wichita Falls, TX; two sisters, Elaine Weger of MD and Joanne Mullen of Brunswick, GA; and three granddaughters, Mary Feree of Windsor, PA, Sarah Plummer and Julie Plummer both of Airville, PA.
