Margaret Rachel Monk

Margaret Rachel Monk, age 83, of Darlington, MD, passed away on November 16, 2011 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Darlington, she was the daughter of the late Oliver Norman and Carrie Helen Cooper Little and wife of the late Lafayette Monk. She had worked as a waitress at Rubens Drive-In in Bel Air. She enjoyed being a homemaker; canning lots of vegetables, babysitting and cooking.

Mrs. Monk is survived by her son, Raymond L. Monk; daughter, Shirley A. Monk; and sister, Audrey L. Blake and husband, Ellery, all of Darlington, MD.
