MARGARET F. WASHINGTON, 84, of Bel Air, died at Mariner Health of Bel Air on August 15, 2004. Born in Bel Air, she was the daughter of the late George Banks and Mary Alberta Frisby and the wife of the late Charles Washington. She retired from Aberdeen Proving Ground after 30 years of service. A housekeeper, she had worked for the Rice family for over 30 years. A lifelong resident of Harford County, she was born and raised in Bel Air. She was a life member of Ames United Methodist Church in Bel Air. She loved to play solitaire and had several birds as pets.

Mrs. Washington is survived by eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was predeceased by two daughters, Mary V. Washington and Frances A. Washington.
