Maragret Waters

Maragret Waters, age 42, of Bel Air, MD, passed away on January 8, 2013 at her home. Born in West Palm Beach, FL, she was the daughter of Robert David and Elizabeth Carol Hamrick Brown of Street, MD. A Harford County resident her whole life, she worked as an office manager in the automotive industry. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary to the VFW, the American Shetland Pony Club and the Military Order of the Cooties Roota 8. She was a volunteer at the Aberdeen VFW and had hosted foreign exchange students. She was also a past Chairman of the National Junior Girls and liked to help the youth by being their math tutor.

Mrs. Waters is survived by her husband of 20 years, George Scott Waters; sister, Lisa Chabarria and husband, Jay, of Street; nieces, Morgan Brown and Alexandrea Chabarria both of Street; great-nephew, Tyler Brown of Street; brothers-in-law, Sam Waters of Baltimore, Chris Waters and wife, Julie, of Bel Air and Dan Waters of Street; sisters-in-law, Wendy and Sarah Waters both of Street; grandmothers, Alice Hamrick of Street and Helen Whiteman of Baltimore; mother-in-law, Charlene Waters; and many aunts and uncles. She was predeceased by her father-in-law, George D. Waters III.
