Mamie Naomi Maple, a resident of Bel Air, MD, died at the age of 97 on September 7, 2016 at Dacota Broad Creek Assisted Living in Whiteford, MD. She was born in Baltimore, MD to Theodore Ellsworth and Elsie May (DeBaufre) Mann and was the wife of the late Harry Dunnell Maple. For a few years, she worked as a hairdresser, and liked flowers and gardening. She joined the Senior Center where she did flower arranging, basket weaving and ceramics.
Survivors include her daughter, Betty Jean Maple of Bel Air; granddaughter, Heather Aljets (Michael) of Bel Air; and great-grandchildren, Zachary and Samantha Aljets of Bel Air.
