MAGDALEN TOBITHIA WILLIAMS, 82, of Bel Air, formerly of Essex, died at Johns Hopkins Hospital on May 7, 2003. Born in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Matthew Sr. and Tobithia Wehner. She was a PBX Operator at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Mrs. Williams is survived by a son, William Howard Williams, Jr., of California; two daughters, Judith M. Tudor of Nottingham and Mary Beth Ransom of Abingdon; four brothers, Joseph Wehner of Lavale, John J. Wehner, Sr. of Essex, Matthew Wehner, Jr. of Texas and Edward F. Wehner of Rosedale; a sister, Marie Majer of Essex; and three grandchildren, Christina Knight of Charlottesville, Virginia, Lee Otis Williams of California and William Randall Ransom of Abingdon.
