MAE McREYNOLDS, age 69, of Bel Air, died at Gilchrist Center at Greater Baltimore Medical Center on October 8, 2005. Born in Robbinsville, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Floyd and Maude Crisp Griggs. She had retired after 25 years of service as an assistant librarian in the city of Tacoma Park, MD. She was a member of the Bel Forest Church. She was an avid reader, enjoyed making crafts, using the computer, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Mrs. McReynolds is survived by her husband of 44 years, Bruce S. McReynolds; one son, Kevin S. McReynolds and his wife, Penny, of Abingdon; one brother, John L. Griggs of Robbinsville, NC; two sisters, Bea Carpenter of Robbinsville, NC and Jo Jenkins of Woodstock, Georgia; two grandchildren, Megan D. McReynolds and Brendan K. McReynolds, both of Abingdon.
Pallbearers were Woody Gallion, Al Willis, Jim Wayne, George Baugess, Tom Sutera, and Steve Scott.
