Madonna Marie Lyon

Madonna Marie Lyon, age 63, of Bel Air, MD, passed away on December 16, 2012 at Stella Maris in Timonium, MD. Born at Johnson Air Force Base in Japan, she was the daughter of the late Chief Master Sergeant John Stanley Mangold and Dolores Frances Schludecker Mangold. A school teacher, she lived and traveled within the United States. A precious mother and loving grandmother, she will be fondly remembered by family, friends and children whose lives she has touched over the years.

Mrs. Lyon is survived by her husband of 43 years, Arthur Paul Lyon of Bel Air, MD; son, John Paul Lyon of Owings Mills, MD; daughter, Jeannette Marie Slesicki of Bel Air, MD; brothers, Mark A. Mangold of Camp Springs, MD, Montgomery A. Mangold of LaPlata, MD and Matthew A. Mangold of Crofton, MD; sister, Monica A. Mangold of San Diego, CA; and grandchildren, Andrew J. and Luke J. Slesicki and Anne Marie Lyon.

Pallbearers chosen are Devin Slesicki, David Ellett, John Lyon, Mark Mangold, Montgomery Mangold and Matthew Mangold.
