M. RONALD CRESWELL, age 75, of Towson, MD, formerly of Bel Air, died at Greater Baltimore Medical Center on December 19, 2003. Born in Joppa, he was the son of the late Milton Brown and Ruth Anna Wiggers Creswell. He was the owner and operator of Creswell Oil Company and retired after 20 years of service. He was a member of Grandview Christian Church and attended Spedden Methodist Church. He enjoyed spending time at home in Camdridge on the Choptank River with his family. He was a former member of the Optimist Club and former director of the Soap Box Derby in Bel Air. For 18 years he worked at Plaza Ford. Mr. Creswell was a leap year baby. He served his country in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict.
Mr. Creswell is survived by his wife of 53 years, Eunice Clawson Creswell; one son, Bruce D. Creswell and his wife, Alison of Parkville, MD; one daughter, Catherine C. Creswell of New York, New York; one brother, Raymond B. Creswell of Havre de Grace.
Pallbearers will be: Clarence Clawson, Jr., David Clawson, Thomas Clawson, Herbert Holland, Robert Banker, John Corun, and Frank Jancuk. Honorary pallbearers will be: Payson Getz, Charles Creswell, J. Herbert Clawson, Jr., David L. Clawson, and William McDaniel.
